How AuditFive works
1. Collect
We regularly collect public real estate listings for Luxembourg and normalize the data (location, price, surface, type, etc.).
2. Analyze
For each listing we compute the real price per square meter and aggregate by area to find median values, distributions and outliers.
3. Highlight
We extract the most interesting buy and rent deals and provide clean tables & visual summaries that are easy to scan and compare.
